Client complaints

As a Client of Kuwait Financial Centre K.P.S.C., you have the right to complain to the ‘Compliance Department’ which is an independent department reporting to the Chief Executive Officer.

How to complain?

You can download the complaint form from our website www.markaz.com or obtain printed forms at Burj Alshaya, Floor 8. Please complete the details required in the form, sign it and submit along with the supporting documents. The complaint should be addressed to the Head - Compliance and delivered to the Company either by:

  • By courier/post to ‘Head - Compliance’ at Postal Address: P.O. Box 23444, Safat 13095, State of Kuwait;

  • By email to the ‘Compliance Department’ at [email protected];

  • By dropping it at the Complaints Box located at Kuwait City, Al Mirqab, Al Soor Street, Burj Alshaya, Floor 8.

Whistle blowing

If any employee, stakeholder or external party suspects or believes that some policy, practice, or activity of the Company is in breach of a law or applicable regulations or is unethical or involves any malpractice, you may report it to the Whistle Blowing Officer of the Company.
